    The petals of the marigold have been carefully selected and dried, preserving the beautiful color of this flower.

    This flower with antiseptic properties has been used for many years for its various medicinal properties. The original calendula species was probably in Asia and Eastern Europe, but it hardly occurs in the wild anymore.

    There are both internal and external uses of this flower. Marigold is disinfectant, fights the bacteria bacillus subtillus, E. coli, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa. It also has an antifungal effect and flavonoids and faradiol have an anti-inflammatory effect. Because of these medicinal properties, marigold is used against all kinds of wounds:
